3D animated movie character

Redraw the person from the uploaded photo as a fully 3D-animated cartoon character from a family animated feature film. It must NOT look like a photograph: stylized proportions (bigger head and eyes, small nose, smooth plastic-like skin), simplified clean shapes, stylized hair clumps, bright saturated colours and a cartoon 3D background. Keep their hairstyle, hair colour, skin tone, outfit and the overall likeness. Rendered like a frame from a modern animated movie.
