Layered paper-cut art

Recreate the uploaded photo as a handmade layered paper-cut artwork, NOT a photograph: the person and background are built only from flat sheets of coloured card cut into simple shapes (no photographic skin or hair), 6 to 8 stacked layers with soft shadows between them, a light paper texture, framed in a shadow box and photographed straight on. Keep the hair colour, outfit colours and a stylized likeness.
