Ukiyo-e woodblock portrait

Redraw the person from the uploaded photo as a classic Japanese ukiyo-e woodblock print: flat colours, fine black outlines, patterned clothing, a stylized wave or mountain background, aged paper texture. Keep the person's face clearly recognizable.
